Our client base is spread all over the world. We export to a large number of countries. More than 75% of our customers are leading importers of their countries. These customers are either bulk consumers or have their own client base & distribution network to market in their areas.
Customer relation is a very highly placed asset of our net worth. Customers who left us are 10% of total customers. But the most important feature – majority of the customers who have left us or had no business from last 12 months have rejoined our company after experience from other suppliers that they could not get expected business satisfaction from other suppliers.
